  The Powell Family Hi, we are Rik & Vik Powell, and we are both Realtors®. We became a Real Estate team in 1993. We have worked for independent Real Eastate firms and with ReMax where we have earned numerous professional designations in the industry. As Top Producers, we received the "Multi-Million Dollar Club" Award, the "100% Club" Award, the "Platinium Club" Award and the prestigious once-in-a-lifetime "Hall of Fame" Award. In 2004 we had our own real estate company called "Rik & Vik Realty". We went back to ReMax in 2008, however February 2010 Rik took on the brokerage firm of Compass Realty. We are currently ranked among the top 10 producing teams in the state of Texas and work with numerous Relocation Companies throughout the US. This is because we care about our clients and do whatever is needed to accommodate them in their real estate endeavor. Rik began his Real Estate career in Seattle, Washington in 1973 where he owned his own office as a real estate broker for 10 years. He moved to Frisco, TX in 1983 where he continued his Real Estate career working for 10 years on-site with new construction. His Real Estate designations include "Accredited Buyer Representative" (ABR), "Certified Real Estate Sales Professional" (CSP) and the "Graduate of Realtor Institute" (GRI). Rik has an extensive background in finance and new home sales. Vik began her Real Estate career when she moved to Frisco, TX and met Rik in 1993. Vik was in sales for many years before joining the Real Estate industry and prides herself in bringing her marketing skills to this illustrious team. We specialize in Frisco TX Real Estate, Plano TX Real Estate, McKinney TX Real Estate, Allen,TX Real Estate, Carrollton TX Real Estate, Little Elm TX Real Estate, Celina TX Real Estate and Prosper TX Real Estate. We are dedicated to meet the individual needs of our clients. We are very aggressive in the use of new technology and maintaining the synergy needed to be successful in the ever-growing field of Real Estate. Our experience and dedication continually produces results for all our clients. As a couple we enjoy golfing, scuba diving, traveling, collecting vintage cars and relaxing with special friends. We have a wonderful family in the Seattle Washington area and are the proud grandparents of 6 granddaughters. Our youngest daughter Angela recently married in July 2008 & also lives in Frisco.
