Hi, we're Rik & Vik Powell, and we're both Realtors®. We became a Real Estate team in 1993. Four years later, we joined Re/Max. Together, we both have earned numerous professional designations in the industry as Top Producers, receiving the "Multi-Million Dollar Club" Award, the "100% Club" Award, the "Platinium Club" Award and the prestigious once-in-a-lifetime "Hall of Fame" Award. In 2004 we had our own real estate company called "Rik & Vik Realty", however we went back to Re/Max in 2008.
We are currently ranked among the top 10 producing teams in the state of Texas and work with numerous Relocation Companies throughout the US. This is because we care about our clients and do whatever is needed to accommodate them in their real estate endeavor.
Rik began his Real Estate career in Seattle, Washington in 1973 where he owned his own office as a real estate broker for 10 years. He moved to Texas in 1983 where he continued his Real Estate career working for 10 years on-site with new construction. His Real Estate designations include "Accredited Buyer Representative" (ABR), "Certified Real Estate Sales Professional" (CSP) and the "Graduate of Realtor Institute" (GRI). Rik has an extensive background in finance and new home sales.
Vik began her Real Estate career when she moved to Texas and met Rik in 1993. Vik was in sales for many years before joining the Real Estate industry and prides herself in bringing her marketing skills to this illustrious team.
You may recognize our "Rik & Vik" logo from our "heads above" billboard on Preston Road in Frisco, Texas (south of La Hacienda Ranch), holding our little Pomeranian dog.
We are dedicated to meet the individual needs of our clients. We are very aggressive in the use of new technology and maintaining the synergy needed to be successful in the ever-growing field of Real Estate. Our experience and dedication continually produces results for all our clients.
As a couple we enjoy golfing, scuba diving, traveling, collecting vintage cars and relaxing with special friends. As animal lovers we enjoy the company of our fury companions "Foxy" and "Figaro". Our Pomeraninan dog "Foxy" is an "advertising Hound" and participates in all of our advertising with us. She enjoys being in the lime-light, and goes everywhere with us. Our gray Persian cat "Figaro", on the other hand, prefers to stay at home where he is King of the castle. Both pets have their special role in the life of Rik and Vik!
We have a wonderful family in the Seattle Washington area and are the proud grandparents of 5 granddaughters. Our youngest daughter Angela lives in Frisco, Texas and works for us part time as well.
